Conveyor tape roller KLR

The conveyor tape roller represents itself the high-performance transporting means of continuous action irrespective of what product is transported – aggressive or sensitive. The conveyor transports
materials not only it is careful and reliable, but also it is economical, with insignificant electricity consumption.
Conveyors are manufactured with a channeled 3rd roller support. Distance between the top basic rollers for the top part of a tape of the conveyor: 1,0 m. 

Distance between rollers of reverse motion of a tape from 1,5 to 3,0 m. Loading and unloading is carried out through loading funnels (trays) and unloading techka respectively. If it is necessary to make unloading in several places, then the conveyor is completed with the unloading cart (manual or with the electric drive). The cart moves on wheels on rails of the conveyor and can be placed in any place of the route. The unloading cart can be operated as remotely via the electric motor, and also manually through system of cables and pulleys.
