STANDARD PROCEDURES
1. Buyer Send ICPO / LOI to Seller.
2. Within 2-3 days, seller issue NCNDA/IMFPA & draft contract by e-mail to the buyer for signature and seals accepted as valid & return signed draft contract to seller.
3. Upon receipt of the signed contract from the buyer and in order to obtain the purchase transaction allocation code, the contract must be legalized by the buyer with the monopoly company appointed by
the Russian Government oil & gas ministry for approval and legitimate purchase of crude oil and petroleum product from Russian Federation.
4. Seller issues hard copy contract for final signatures. Both parties exchange hard copy contract and lodges contract into their respective banks.
5. Seller's bank swift POP to buyer's bank after the confirmation of registered contract.
6. Buyer's bank open's RDLC or as agreed.
7. Seller's bank issues 2% PB to activate payment instrument. 8. Delivery commence as per contract
