The equipment is designed for unloading grain hopper cars on a flat area without organizing an under-rail bunker.
The unloader allows you to transfer grain crops from grain wagons to trucks.
The performance of the unloader allows, taking into account the rearrangement of the car and the replacement of the vehicle, to unload a car with non-granular meal in 45 minutes. Performance for other grain cargoes will differ due to differences in the physical and chemical properties of the cargo handled.
The design of the unloader when reinstalling cars allows you to avoid reinstalling the unloader itself and the loaded vehicle.
The unloader can be modified taking into account the site and the wishes of the Customer.
The unloader for moving around the site can be equipped with a driven or non-driven movement mechanism.
In order to increase transshipment productivity, the unloader can be manufactured to simultaneously unload all 3 hatches of a grain car.
