Horizontal roller belt conveyor KLRG is designed for moving piece goods, such as boxes, bags, various containers, parts, food products, etc. at a distance of up to 65 m, the maximum load is 100 kg/l.m. The conveyor is used in warehouses, terminals, manufacturing plants, the food industry, as well as in other industries. Thanks to the universal design of the conveyor, it can be produced for various conditions of use - indoors, outdoors, in a waterproof, explosion-proof design, for moving “aggressive” loads, etc.

The conveyor belt moves along a steel deck and along straight rollers, thanks to which the load moves evenly, without vibrations or displacements. Conveyors of this design are equipped with telescopic supports that are adjustable in height - they allow you to easily and quickly adjust the desired height of the conveyor. The supports can also be equipped with screw feet to accurately adjust the height of each conveyor support in the range of +/- 50 mm, thereby leveling the conveyor on uneven surfaces and giving it a stable position. The conveyor is equipped with guide sides to protect the transported goods from shifting and falling from the conveyor belt. The guide material is wear-resistant and flexible high-density polyethylene PE-500 or PE-100. The guide brackets allow adjustment in width and height to change the trajectory of the load.
