Roller belt conveyor KLR

The KLR roller belt conveyor is a high-performance conveying device for continuous operation, regardless of whether the product being transported is aggressive or sensitive. The conveyor transports materials not only carefully and reliably, but also economically, with low energy consumption. The belt conveyor does not harm the condition of bulk components, their integrity and appearance. It carefully transports them without significant damage or deformation.

Conveyors are used both in heated rooms and outdoors. The closed design of the conveyor is safe and does not require additional enclosing structures and shelter from precipitation or dustproof shelters. The modular design ensures quick installation and low maintenance. The use of reliable rubber-fabric tapes made of wear-resistant materials prevents them from being pulled out during operation. Tapes resistant to oils, fats and other aggressive environments are also used.

Conveyors are manufactured with a grooved 3-roller support. The distance between the upper support rollers for the upper part of the conveyor belt is up to 1.25 m. The distance between the belt return rollers is up to 2.5 m. Deflector rollers protect the belt from moving to the side. Loading and unloading is carried out through loading funnels and unloading chutes, respectively. The drive stations are equipped with rubber-lined drums to reduce belt slippage during operation.

If you need to unload in several places, then the conveyor is equipped with an unloading cart (manual or electric). The trolley moves on wheels along the conveyor rails and can be placed anywhere along the route.
